I recently bought the Cable set for 550/650 (100-G2-06GG-B9). I have the superNOVA 750 G3. Will these cables fit my PSU and is it safe to use in my system? I was under the impression that there were just more cables in the cable set for 750/850 (100-G2-08GG-B9)

    I would contact EVGA directly and see if you could return the wire set. In the compatibility section for each, they don't show compatible. But EVGA could confirm this for you. You would think they may work,but why chance your PSU? Very similar part numbers except for the 6 & 8.

    I believe it's as you say.
    Interesting color you choosed... NVIDIA Green. 
    Nice because they give people that option. 
    In Black/Silver Founders Edition color scheme build, that sleeve cables are maybe best option.
