Hi, I'm trying to start up Precision X1 and I keep getting a message saying "proceed to update led firmware, please close all 3D applications" and I don't know what to do. I have a lot of apps that's that run at start up like steel series engine, Razer Chroma, CAM, Corsair link, Express VPN, could it be those applications?

Have you try latest Version > EVGA Precision X1 - 0.3.2 BETA RTX OnlyRelease: 10/12/2018 - Profile will now be highlighted when set (Use right mouse button to delete profile)
- OC Scan and Test results are saved to profiles

Have you try latest Version >
RTX Only

yes i did download that, i dont have the rgb box on lower left to click and choose the colors.

You need to close all 3D applications that mean you have some programs are still running which PX1 cannot install to complete so you need to close 3D application before install PX1

You need to close all 3D applications that mean you have some programs are still running which PX1 cannot install to complete so you need to close 3D application before install PX1
I have the same problem. I uninstall precision and led sync and reinstall precision but still have this problem. I close every application I can close, so nothing is open. Someone helpppp.

Same problem here and it's very annoying to have that message popping up every time I start Windows. I'm very happy of my new EVGA RTX 2080 XC but Precision X1 looks in really early beta stage. Guess I'm gonna use some other company software to control the card.

If you are continuing to have this problem please install version 0.3.4 released today.
Just joined the show on this... 0.3.4 isn't working as intended either. Same problems as others above.

Ya this still doesn't work. What application does it want me to close when I have nothing opened? And yes i've checked multiple times to make sure nothing is opened.

If the LED is not saving to the card, you may need an MCU update. Please see below for the updates: Instructions = Extract and run .bat file2080 XC = 2080 XC ULTRA = 2080 FTW3 = 2080 Ti XC = 2080 Ti XC ULTRA = 2080 Ti FTW3 = I found this info elsewhere on forums.evga.com and it worked!
