Will 2080 have fanless mode (silent) mode while temps are low?

    The 2080 cards with ICX cooling so this would include that the fans would not run until a temperature threshold has been reached on the GPU.

    As I understand it Only cards with ICX will be released today/tomorrow?

    I have now received my EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XC and the fans are running when GPU load is 0 and temps are under 55C.
     
    Is this a bug?

    Are you running evga precision? If yes, close it, and your fans should stop.
