Posted about this a few weeks ago https://forums.evga.com/Windows-Update-Issue-Solved-Windows-10-Not-Recognizing-OC-m2847868.aspx

and I also put this in the Windows updates thread FYI: https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2847878

Glad it's not just me with this issue haha. I've never hid an update so fast in my life.

Just curious, how do you define "kills"?  Requires more voltage to be stable at the OC'd speeds?  or overclocks just won't work at all after this update? or??

I got this update recently (9/14), but haven't tested anything yet with my 7820X since the update.

Overclocks do not work at all.

Wow, that's ridiculous.  I just saw the thread in the X99 section where you got it resolved/workaround...

    Yeah uninstall the update lol.

I messed around with a couple setting because my BIOS is set to overclock to over 4.4GHz on this chip yet it was reading 3.3GHz in CPU-Z. I turned off speedstep in BIOS to see what would happen and uhh...check this out lol.

I'm taking the lead for best OC on this chip tbh.

This is a 3 week old thread, issue is still present, and not a peep from EVGA? This is a major issue.

Uninstall it... Uninstalling KB4100347 and installing KB4346084 instead restores the overclocked settings. This has already long since been addressed. ;)
