So will using the Precision X1 Tool (especially the oc scanner) be covered by EVGA's warrenty? Also will it be released at the same time as the 20 series?

    We do not have release date information at this time for the Precision X1 software.
    Overclocking does not affect the warranty on EVGA cards. We cannot make any warranty guarantees for GPUs not manufactured by EVGA used with EVGA overclocking software.
