Sc17, What monitor do you use?

Well I’ve had my Sc17 for some time now, I’m not an over clocker, but I do use super clock sometimes to get the best possible frame rates as some of the games I play, put the ol girl to work, namely Arma. Even so I limit to 1080 and am sometimes lucky to get 60 fps. I’m looking to get a 27 or 32” curved monitor for a little better play at home, set up something of a dock, without shelling out for a full desktop.

What do you guys use, what should I look at?

Also not looking to buy another Sc17 worth of monitor. 300 buck mark. Is this even worth it, or will I be disappointed with performance?

I’m currently considering this ROG XG27VQ.

    good monitor, but perhaps spend some more and go for g sync and high refresh rate?

    I don’t have the gsync model. Now I’m considering a 2k 32” curved 144hz.

    What’s the max anyone has pushed theyre sc17’s with an external monitor? i.e. fps and resolutions?
    I generally run my 17 built in screen at 1080 to get better frame rates. Anyone getting any more?

    I'm bumping this because I have a 980M SC17 and am interested in picking up a FHD 144hz monitor for BF... Anyone have any luck with an additional monitor?

    Which monitor do I use with my SC17?  I use the one which is built-in.

    I have the sc 17 4k im looking at https://www.asus.com/us/ROG-Republic-Of-Gamers/ROG-SWIFT-PG248Q/ or the new verson in 2 weeks or the acer pred 27ich speakers dont matter as i use a sb omni with 5.1 creative speakers.Laptops in bedroom as my main pc is in front room so space is limited plus wife said no bigger then 27inch lol.
