1) I don't know the capacitor values. No.
2) I had a set of custom cables made for me (for a Corsair PSU), by a specialist that does custom cables all day, everyday for a living. He would not make the cables for me WITH CAPACITORS because a) the result would look messy b) it is incredibly difficult to do (therefore it takes ages and is expensive).
3) If you read up on the Jonny Guru website about the capacitors within the cables he explains that while they help to suppress voltage ripple, even without the capacitors the PSUs are typically well within Intel specifications and the ultimately you don't need them. They are very, very, very much unlikely to impact any ordinary PC in general use. And even if you are overclocking the bejesus out of your system on LN2, it is unlikely to make much difference.
4) Doing this yourself - unless you have an electronics background - you are asking for trouble. I do have an electronics background. And if you are asking the capacitor values, I can already tell that your attempting this is a bad idea. Mistakes in crimping / soldering can cause bigger trouble with your cables than you are trying to avoid in putting in the capacitors.
Don't intend to offend or be a downer, but just trying to offer you good advise.
