What does this mean ? This happens with Bvckup 2

It says: This is a rare and exotic issue na dit indicates a bad control checksum somewhere along the I/O pipelin.

1. Check disk for errors

2. Check online if this is a known issue with hardware, its drivers or firmware.

Is my 4 TB WD Black going bad ?

    Possibly. Run chkdsk /f then try doing another backup after the chkdsk is complete.

    It didn't but I checked the drive and had errors.
     
    So I decided to do a RMA!
     
    Just got the replacement drive.

    chkdsk /R will move and Block bad areas of the Drive.
    Locates bad sectors and recovers readable information (implies /F).
     
    chkdsk /F
    (Does Not imply /R).
     
    Also a Bad SATA Cable can be the problem.
