Like most Bioware games, there will be dialogue options, but players will only get two options, whereas past Bioware games tend to have a much more complex conversation system in place. Microtransactions will be in place to keep bringing in money but in return, future story DLCs will be free. The Anthem Demo will be launching on the 1st of February 2019, a few weeks ahead of the game’s final launch. Looks interesting as a pure multi-player game.

Bioware died in '07. Everything since is then is someone stoking the embers which is then cursed with the crippling EA RUSH.

Personally I feel the Dragon Age and Mass Effect series have some of the best writing/dialogue out there, but with Anthem seems Bioware getting a little away from that and trying to cash in on the microtransactions.

I'm not a fan of multiplayer only games either so I'll be sitting out on this one.

The more articles I read and videos about Anthem that I watch, the less I like Anthem. Maybe I'm jumping the gun, but I'm seeing too many similarities to Destiny's "Live Services" approach.  That said, I will attempt to remain cautiously optimistic until I play this forthcoming demo. I mean, hey, future updates will be free, right?!

Live services is the new industry design. They don't make game any longer they make a Skinner Box masquerading as a game and then tie in persistent events/rewards to psychology condition players to not stray away from the product while they then sell them convenience perks. It's not about games any longer, it's about psychological manipulation to get consumers fixed to a product and make it seem like a loss if they want to leave it.

"inhabit a world left unfinished by the gods", "they left behind their massive tools" wasn't it the same deal with the Remnant and all their tech in Andromeda? also them being  the creators of one of the races in the game too.
