I got a DOA 650GQ. Was out of state for a while and was waiting for all other parts to build my new rig. Opened it last night, registered it, and went to install. Doesn't function so I got an RMA. Do I seriously have to pay $25 to ship their defective PSU there? Not to mention I believe the cables are part of the issue but when asked, EVGA said they will not replace and I'll have to buy a new set of modular cables if they are the problem.

    and about the  cables, you hold on to them to use with the replacement and if there is an issue with one or more we will happily replace them.
