Can you Update Vulkan only> No Nvidia?

Hello.
 
I was wondering if there is a way to install the latest Vilkan drivers, WITHOUT having to install new nvidia drivers?
Kind of like back when you could download a DirectX version, and install it seperately?
 
I am on windows 8.1, and 3.88 is the LAST driver that is stable on my system. I CAN NOT install a newer driver, or I get crashes in most of my games.
I have Vulkan driver 1.0.61.0 installed.

    Well, found the answer.
    Its a 'No'.
    You can only get a newer version through Nvidia. (AMD has its own though).
    :(

    Yes you can install or update Only the Vulkan Runtime Drivers.
    Install the Current Drivers, cancel the install after they are uncompressed.
    Go to the location you selected above and to the Folder Display.Driver
    File Name VulkanRT-Installer.exe

    Yes, you can just use this file to update them. 
     
    Note: The above file was pulled from driver 399.07. The file will update you to version 1.1.77.0.
