Global Warranty in Non-Eu Country

I already used the search facility but couldn't find anything about my question. 
 
I live in Turkey and I'm planning to buy an Evga graphics card from Amazon.com (NOT Amazon.de). The product which i'm planning to buy is shipped and sold from Amazon.com. In case of any product defect, how does warranty process work for people who lives in a non EU country and purchases from Amazon.com?

    Amazon.com is an evga authorized reseller, so you'll have full warranty on the card as long as you upload your invoice that you receive from amazon. You'll need to send the card to the following address if you ever need to rma the card...

    Please be aware of the customs process for Turkey as well if you have to send your product in for service. 

    Everything is security.
