Not the cleanest setup, but hey this side panel is solid, so with it on you'd never know

Instead of installing a bulkhead fitting as a permanent drain, I decided to use hose.

Hose is attached to lowest radiator, hose clamp holds the plug, hose is long enough to hang out of the case into a bucket

(not the two farthest left going to the pump -- The one closest to the open side)

I like the project name. :)  Can you fit a thicker rad in there? I really like XSPC rads, but I prefer the RX series. It offers a thicker rad with less fins per inch, so you can run lower speed fans. The one you listed is a nice rad, I just try to use the thickest one if possible. It's great to see Gone Cruising back in the game.  Are you going to use soft tube or hard line this round?

I should design it to hold 120 and 140mm rads. Diff liking this RX360 Triple "thick rad core and quiet fans"

At the top are you going to make the fan holder (radiator) with a slide out tray?

Smart choice to have both 120 & 140 fan use. That will give you lots of options. I have no doubt you love the case, he don't play around.

Ideas for the loop, Loop part 5, using a T-fitting to the drain the hose to outside the case?

Nice project... T-Spliter or X-Spliter as in my case are best for Drain Valve.
This is how I plan to use... Male to Male Rottary will go to pump...

Only one guy ask me to sell him fittings and I think I will use these...

I didn't saw they have new changed models and I would order them earlier...

You ask for radiator... Only this... Nemesis GTR/GTS depend of size.
If you can afford and if there is near you. In Europe they are big problem but if I need them I got 30% discount in store in Poland.

    http://hardwarelabs.com/nemesis/gtr/gtr-360/

    https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/HardwareLabs/Black_Ice_Nemesis_GTR_360/

EKWB GPU Blocks/ CPU Blocks, Monoblocks/ Pump/Res Combo, XTops, but radiator Hardwarelabs.
And it's logic, they only make radiators.

You can use top inlet on your scheme and than you will get rid of huge peace of tube under number 4 (from radiator to pump).
Because of that more top ports are welcomed, you don't need to use them, but they are there if you need them.

A really rough idea on holding 360, 420 and 480 rads...

Looks like you will be able to use a 360 or 420 if it's setup for 140 fans. From your pic, you can use two triple rads. That should be plenty for most anything. That's a nice thick rad, with 10 fin per inch= low speed fans. That's what I prefer. Less noise and great cooling.

If you think about 360mm vs 420mm you should first to estimate and fan options and thickness of radiator.
420mm is better, even best new radiator fan Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM have adapters to work on 140mm radiator.
And all holes are closed ideal for perfect pressure through radiator.
