    I always:
    1) put the thickest Radiator that will fit in push/pull  --- thicker = Better cooling
    2) 140 over 120 every time if it fits
    3) Quality fans are never cheap - worth every penny

They have pretty incredible quality, really wont find rads quite like them in terms of that.  As for performance not the best, but not bad, xtremerigs has a nice reviews on them.

If you are looking for really great preforming radiators Hardware Labs is excellent, and for fans Nidec Servo Gentle Typhoons are pretty great, only 120mm though.

Nice rad .... depends on things like which case, MB heat sinks & RAM - if it will fit

If you are looking reviews on Hardware Labs Radiators  I would check out Thermal Bench and Xtremerigs they have good reviews on them.  They dont have one for the 420 GTR but they have it for other models so it gives you a good idea of how they preform.   Mind you the GTR will give you better flow rates over the other models but is meant for high rpm fans, the GTS and GTX are meant for low rpm fans.   Another useful thing to look at is the "performance chart" they have for all the models and it tells you the Heat Capacity which is helpful for when trying to pick the an adequate radiator from them.

PPC, yeah they got good customer support, just make sure you know what your buying first, because returns with them can be a pain, 20% restocking fee or store credit.
