Hi guys . last day i turn on my pc and  Inadvertenti  i short the 4 pins fan connector of my  gtx 770 with my metallic hand watch !! and i restart my pc but there is no signal and the fans run at 100% when i open it to check the components i smell a smoke behind the 4 pin connector and i found a transistor or diode maybe it burned :

i cant read his smd code when i test it i get read in dmm in both direction , and the two resistors values is 6k38 and 113 ohm .
and for the mosfets :

the resistance between D and S = 8 ohms !! and between S and G= 40K

the metalic capacitors also has a low resistance 8 or 6 ohms !!
please help me guys to solve the problem
what should be checked ? what should be replaced ? does my gpu dead or the pci slot  not working ???

For the money you wish to spend repairing this item I believe you should try to buy a used one:

For that problem, I would also suggest just buying another one. Less of a headache.
