Buying second hand SC15 laptop, would just like confirmation about warranty.

Hi everyone,
I'm in the UK and am interested in buying an SC15 from eBay so I just want to confirm that the warranty will transfer to me from the current owner who has already registered the product.
 
The person who is selling it has already sent me a scan of the original invoice and I also read that the warranty follows the product and not the person.  They also said that they can give me the login details for the account or change all the details to my own.
 
I also wanted to find out how warranty issues are handled if a person is out of the country.  Once a year my company sends me to Sri-Lanka for 3 months so I was curious to know about what would happen if a fault were to develop at that time.

    Please Note: Physical damage is not covered by warranty, so if previous owner opened laptop and there is any damage ......

    The warranty terms are based on your shipping address at the time you request service. For the EU https://eu.evga.com/warranty/laptops/ is the current warranty terms including what part numbers have a warranty that transfers to a new owner. 

    Everything is security.
