Ok so by detaching all but one ram chip I was able to post and bring up the system. Seems like it was a ram seating issue since after the post i reinstalled each ram chip and rebooted and have a stable operations environment. Now to start the overclocking process!! Thank you ggtvjon, bcavanaugh, turbomadman, nao, coolgtx, & bdary

Nice overclock. What kind of loaded core temps are you seeing? Is your CPU delidded?

Normal lid on cpu - core temps on full load by stress test as verified by CPU z, evga eleet is around 91 C but while gaming at 144fps or higher never exceeds 68C.
