For all you SC15 owners out there, does your laptop's keyboard backlight always turn on after restarting/shutting down then booting it up again. In my case, the keyboard's backlight will always be on full volume during the next startup even though I turned the keyboard backlight off the last time before shutting it down. Is this a normal feature of the SC15 or is my laptop faulty?

Hello,

Thanks for the question and welcome to the forums. I was not able to replicate on the SC17 we have in house but obviously it's a bit different with the SC15 due to it being RGB. We would be able to test this tomorrow and provide some feedback.

Do you leave the slider all the way up. (to the right)

Upper left side where it say's "Dimmer".
