RMA Problem with GTX 1070 FE SLI

Hello and sorry for my bad english.
 
I have a Problem with an RMA Ticket.
I was Telephoning with the technical Support in Germany and he says to my i should open an RMA Ticket on the EVGA Website for my two GTX 1070 FE.
Now,10 Minutes ago i want to do this,but in the last step the Website says to my i should take a shipment Option but there is no Option i can click on it?
