QuakeCon 2018 is set to take place between August 9th and 12th, giving Bethesda the perfect opportunity to showcase their upcoming game releases. Today, the publisher has released details about the event's activities, which include esports tournaments, gameplay reveals and Q&A panels for forthcoming releases like Fallout 76.

    At this point,  shouldn't the whole thing be renamed to "BethesCon"   ??  ....since it almost has nothing to do with Quake anymore .  
     
    We might actually get to see a bit about  Quake Champions but that is about all.....

    Thankfully I don't see anything about then pulling their last doom reveal bs move of cutting the live stream for everyone who cannot attend.

    I am betting they will run a freebie special again during  Quakecon...

    I remember the first Quake Con Q ending up behind Hellchicks desk at the Gamespy office. Thing was massive about 20’ original Quake Q hanging right behind her from the ceiling. Not sure what happened to it.

    I agree it’s more about Bethesda now which is ok since I think a lot of the games appeal to PC Gamers that they are showing off.
