So my advanced RMA got moved forward to the point where I'm suppose to handover the collateral in order to get my replacement 1080 shipped out. That was literally two days ago.
Since then I've tried maybe 100 times to submit my credit card info, but always receive an error 17 during 'step 2' of the process. This is consistent across multiple browsers, computers, operating systems and internet connections, so please don't tell me to try any of that.
The error message is specifically "The request from xxx.xxx.x.xxx at 2018-07-19 11:17:31 GMT for the URL /checkout/au/ecrevieworder.aspx cannot be served due to error 17 on the host secure.evga.com."
This is the same error message which prevented me from submitting a support ticket in the first place. Current my support ticket and my email to customer service are being ignored. I'm not unreasonable, I understand that sometimes these things are outside of the EVGA employees control. But two days is pretty much the limit of my patience which this issue.
Anyway, does anyone else have experience with this? I don't think I've ever struggled this much to give someone money before.
