In response to the question, Easterling said the following that “I’ll tell you right now, the only BR we’re interested in is Battle Rifle. The original BR. So, calm yourself.” This response indicates that there will be no Battle Royale mode in Halo Infinite, allowing the game to focus on its traditional multiplayer modes and its story-driven single-player campaign. Halo Infinite isn't expected to release anytime soon.

    .... until 1 guy in management shows a PUBG spreadsheet of earnings and says they want to get in on the action $$$  too.

    Since these are game publisher/developers we are talking about I'm sure they've already decided to make a battle royal game and are just lying as usual. Never trust a word from game developers.

    That moment when Halo adds battle royal, zombies and base building. Original design thought is on borrowed time in the game industry.
