EVGA P55-LE Blown Shunt Resistor

Recently got this board from a family member, was sitting in their basement for 6 years

Testing the board with an I5-660, 2gb ram (1x2gb), HD 3650 and an EVGA 750w PSU

Board takes power for one second, then shuts off and repeats this process

Noticed a blown resistor (imgur.com/a/d7r22dl)
Resistance on the leads is 1336 on a setting of 2000k Ohms
I have no clue who makes the resistor or what to look for
If there are any schematics on this board, do let me know

    I have no idea where you can find that kind of detailed info.  EVGA does Not provide schematics
     
    The damage looks extensive & could be in one of the MB layers
