Ram memory won't change from 2133 (z370matx)

HI guys I have a z370matx evga MB. I went to memory in my bios which is updated to 1.07, changed the ram to XMP profile one and it shows 3200mhz. But when I load up windows 10 and go to task manager it only says 2133? How to I fix this?

    What does CPU-Z report?

    If your BIOS is showing you're set at 3200, and CPU-z is showing 3200, I'd say the Task Mgr is misreporting or only reporting what the stock memory would be based on your CPU.  The official memory speed supported by Intel.
