Doubts with my rpm and my gpu clock...

Hello guys, I'm new with gpu themes and I was reading many posts about the rpm of the fan. However I would want to be sure that my rpm are ok, they are setted in aggressive mode having an average of 1650 rpm in idle and playing PUBG I have an average of 2150 rpm, also I`m not sure if my gpu's clock is ok, in idle mode I have 139 MHZ and as the image shows 1961 MHZ playing PUBG.
So please guys try to help me clearifying these doubts, I will very appreciate it, and sorry if my english is bad.
