While Stan Lee did the writing for Spider-Man Steve Ditko did the illustrations. He also helped create Doctor Strange. You don't hear much about him because he was a very private person and left Marvel in 1966. RIP Steve Ditko.

    Who was the artists that would hide a spider on the cover of spiderman? Was that Todd McFarlane?
