Haven't noticed this before, maybe it's normal, but this WU has been at 100% upload for a bit now.  What do you think?

    About the only thing you can do is pause all the workers, shut down and restart.

    That seems to have done the trick.  I shut it down and restarted the computer and about an hour later it cleared.
