Hi i have an EVGA GTX 760 2g,regular version no factory overclock, with 2 fans,i bought it in 2014.
Out of the blue,it started to crash the nvidia video drivers from time to time, then it started to give graphical artifacts when trying to run games.
I reinstalled the drivers,i tried a couple of different driver versions,i even reflashed the bios, but the problems still persists.
I checked the gpu temp, with msi afterburner and the card it's cool and both fans run fine.
I tried the card on another pc and behaves the same.
I use a 650w psu, checked voltages with hw monitor and all voltage rails seems to be ok.
As long as i stick to windows, browsing, watching youtube etc the card it's relatively ok.
But as soon as i enter a game after 2-3 minutes,i get a nvidia driver has crashed and recovered message and artifacts.
So is it dying?

    Yes, it is.

It should probably be out of warranty by now..But you can disassemble the thing and bake the PCB like this to reflow any solder cracking that might exist and hope for the best..Solder cracking on the PCB can be the cause of what you described, although not as common of a problem as it used to be, it still exists.

If you bake it, do it only with the GPU side up..200C for 10 minutes.

Ok,will have to try  baking it,saddly thats only a temporary fix,at least in the case of and older 7600gt i used the baking method some time ago,it only lasted 1-2 month.
Not sure a proffesional reflow it's worth for a gtx 760.

Don't bake the card in an oven that you cook food with.

I never used a cooking oven for baking videocards, this time i'll try with a heatgun, since oven baking is bad for caps.

I used a regular oven lots of times..A heat gun is to hard to control temperature and heat the PCB evenly..Whatever you wanna do though.

Bob is right and I do believe that can repair your graphic card!! I have try on my old EVGA GTX770 SC ACX burn due overheat or something can't remember so I have follow this video and try out myself to test for fun because am going to buy new next card! After ten mins take out from oven and try test my 770 ACX so result is working back on as normal no error!! It amazing and I think you should try if you are think buy new card in the future!! but up to you

As i said before,i know that the oven bake sometime works, but at least in my case it was a temporary fix, usually lasted 1-2 month, after a couple of bakes the capacitors on the videocard started to bulge.
I was hopping to find a more permanent fix,but from what i read around the net about reflowing and reballing, those are not as permanent either, since most of the times it's not a case of cracks in the solder, but the video chip going bad.
