I recently purchased a DG-75 case with rebate. To claim the rebate, it required I send off the S/N barcode. As a result of this, I am no longer able to register the product on the website and in turn unable to download the software. Can someone provide me a direct download link? Much appreciated.

Did you peel off the sticker that was underneath the case? Do you still have the original box?

Always best to register the product before sending in the rebate but if you contact support they should be able to email you a link to the file.

It's 2020 evga, no reason at all to force customers to create an account and register the product, before they can download software for it.
Do we see these companies below doing it? They have 10x the products EVGA does, yet they make it easy to download product software.

Wait is this for real? You don't allow users to download software for your products unless they register it? Email customer support for a download? Are you kidding me?
I have been a loyal customer for almost 15 years, after making the move away from ASUS. This is a reason to quit EVGA forever and go somewhere else again. Who is responsible for such a monumentally stupid policy decision? That person should be fired immediately.
What's next, a monthly EVGA PLUS fee to use your products as advertised? Are you trying to become the Ubisoft of hardware?

The fact that this is even necessary is an absolute failure in customer appreciation and service. My entire system (except for RAM and drives) now consists of EVGA components, many of which I have been using for years. I still have most of my EVGA cards since the 8800 GTS days. If this policy continues for future products, consider me a customer of the past. Do not force customers to do something there is absolutely no need for, just to track your products. This is the kind of company decision making that can destroy brand reputation and I will not support this. This trend needs to stop.
We as paying customers should not accept this semi-coercion to register in order to use your product as advertised. The reason I registered my 2nd ever EVGA graphics card wasn't because it was required to use its features. It was because there was an additional benefit. And that is the way it should be.

sorry for the delay - had to release your post from the filter Did you contact EVGA CS for assistance ? Contact Customer Service It could just be a glitch - that EVGA does not even know about  Is the Product still registered in Your EVGA Account ?

Are you logged into the EVGA site? It will only see the registered products if you are logged in.
