It has done this since I bought it. i'm running the latest version of Precision X and the LED Sync sofware that's built into it.

is there a way to save the LED RGB Color setting to the device itself so it isn't white until I boot my system fully into windows and open precision X?

Make sure that when you choose the color scheme you want, you must click OK and it should send the info to the pump.  I use the temp colors so when blue, under 60C, yellow 60-80 and red 80C or higher.

MSI MAG X570 Tomahawk;  Ryzen 9 5950X; Asus TUF RTX 4070 TI OC; Corsair H115i Pro; 32 GB  Crucial Ballistix Elite DDR4-3600; Western Digital Black 4 TB SN850X NVMe; Creative SoundBlaster Z; Corsair HX 850i;  Lian Li Lancool II;  EVGA Z15
RGB Keyboard; and Razer Viper 8K Mouse

    Nah nothing like that happens.

I had to use RevoUninstaller to nuke every single file remotely related to EVGA's garbage software to even get it to work right (LED Sync wasn't even opening, you click the button, nothing happens). Re-installed the absolute latest version of Precision XOC THREE TIMES just to get the stupid LED sync application to even open.

So I have to go this far to even get the LEDs on my pump to be anything but white.

I close the LED Sync, close precision XOC ... But when I reboot my computer, the frickin thing goes back to white, and I have to re-boot, re-open XOC, re-do the color scheme, and close and minimize it all again.

EVGA does graphics Cards amazingly, great job, but (TOS removed) if they can't do anything else right(Cheap ass dust filters on premium cases, poor motherboard support, unacceptably terrible warranty support on RAM and now this, a broken CLC that doesn't work right).

Was a huge mistake buying this thing.

Have you tried to set the colors using just Flow Control software?

    1. LED sync may now work better but i disable it and I have a lot less problems  -- the device light work

    2. Lights can follow CPU or water temp -- water temp seems  better to watch as the MB shows CPU temp as well as XOC or afterburner on screen

    3. saving a profile is a bit convoluted.

Never sure what temp range or colors to use so sticking with green-yellow-red

which is a bit odd as hot items go from red to blue to white as they get hotter  ;-)
