I was playing tarkov and everything stopped working. I could not hard reset or access task manager. The sc15 laptop has been trying to restart for over 30 minutes now. I assume i have to let the power drain...?

Try to shut down Win 10 with keystrokes
Win+X, U, U
Win+D, Alt+F4, Enter

happaned to me on my 17 model there is a small reset whole above the power button push it with sim card ejection tool.
EVGA SC17 - 1070 No/GSYNC If only the 4K display didn't ghost that much :'(

If this happens to anyone else the reset button is underneath. Punch that bad boy and you wont have to sit there while the battery runs out. Not sure if it is a software or hardware issue though. After reading up I believe it has something to do with windows 10.

it happens alot to me like 4 times a month.

I purchased this laptop over the weekend and I have had nothing but problems with it. I am also now getting no power when I try to turn on the laptop so will be sending it back for full refund. I decided to pick up an Asus Zephyrus M which is amazing. You can also check out my post giving a bit more detail about my very bad experience with this laptop.

Hopefully you purchased it from some intermediary retailer who will give you a full refund. If you purchased it directly from EVGA, they will not give you a full refund; regardless of the state of the product you received. Sad. If you purchased it directly from EVGA, EVGA will only exchange a laptop for a different laptop which is hopefully better, or accept a return minus a hefty "restocking fee"; even if "restocking" a broken/defective product which no one else wants.
