Wanted to find out if the Z370 boards will support the 8086 processor?

    They all should. i7-8086k is just really a binned i7-8700k.

    the other manufacturer haves a new bios for this 8086K , I think the new bios is on preparation for the limited cpu  few milllion ...

    Specs exactly the same except for the +300 increase on base and boost clocks. Same 95tdp also. From what I’ve read you just need a z370 board. Didn’t hear anything about a bios update needed. A support ticket to evga should provide an answer.

    No motherboard today is going to support the 8086.

    My 8086 is running well on the Z370 Classified....
    If only the G.SKILL DDR4-4133 CL 17 1.4 Volt Ram would run on XMP or manually configured specs without locking up the BIOS. LOL
