hello, my rma package comes from evga taiwan. the carrier company DHL, EVGA Taiwan told me that EVGA will pay the customs tax/fee, but I called DHL and they said we did not receive such a notification from EVGA.

We have limited time because dhl allow 2 business day to cover any payment except customs fee. So, evga have 2 days to contact DHL and cover custom tax. But 1 day is gone because today is counting as a 1 business day by DHL.

Is there any moderator to contact evga managers(like markus ) ?

    Hello, thank you for your answers.

    Evga TW answered me a hour ago, and TW says we contacted to DHL and modified.

    I contacted to dhl 10 minutes ago, and DHL said to me that EVGA didnt contact us yet. DHL sent correspondence to Evga, and they say EVGA is still not responding to this post. This correspondence about DTP as you know.

    If DHL do not see EVGA approval in the correspondence, DHL says DHL can not do it.

    I think EVGA did wrong corresponding, please understand my concern.

    Please respond to the emails that you have received if you have not already, this is the best way to continue with your case.
