Hi,
On the website some of the examples for card upgrades included

Graphics Cards Examples:
  • GTX 780 Ti → GTX 980: YES (Upgraded GPU)
  • GTX 960 2GB → GTX 960 4GB SuperSC ACX2.0+ 1GB: YES (Upgraded Memory)
  • GTX 970 FTW → GTX 970 FTW+ : YES (Upgraded Model)
I am looking for further clarification.  Let's say that I want to upgrade from a 1060 to  1080 or 1080ti.  This is ok?  How about from 9 series to 10 series?

Thanks!

Yes, that is fine, as long as they are within 90 days, and purchased only from an authorized reseller. Third party doesnt count, ever.

    Hello,

Every model available for upgrade is listed on the Step-Up page in your region. You can navigate to http://www.evga.com/support/stepup/ Please pay attention to the region the models are listed for as both regions this program is available for are listed on this page separately.
