When I checked today, I saw that; The cargo I sent about a month ago was sent back because of the indifference of DHL and EVGA. I do not know the exact reason for being sent back. But when I checked the cargo, it says "unsuccessful delivery". Although I have opened the support ticket many times, also opened a topic too, you have not helped in any way. I mentioned that my product is waiting for customs. I gave the necessary information. I even sent an email to the customs myself and I wrote their answer on my previous topic. You have not accepted it again. Everyone here is right, I am unfair. I paid the shipping fee for not getting any service. Thank you for your great support.
 
But Let me guess. "There is nothing EVGA can DO!!!"

    EVGA will try to help but keep in mind if tracking never shows the card having made it to the delivery address it’s hard to blame EVGA for not fixing the card. Just reach out to them and see what happens.



    I am not blaming EVGA for not fixing my card. I told them that my package seems to be waiting for customs. Also I give all information about package. But now my card is coming back.

    Hi,

    thanks for your detailed request - we checked within our Shipping Department and for each case we will be informed if a package is hold at the customs - in this special case we were informed too late to react and we are not able to stop the back shipping - have you already tried to get in contact with them, as you are the sender and maybe it´s possible if the package is still in Germany to re-send it to us?

    Hello there,
    The cargo I sent on 20.04.2018 reached to Germany on 26.04.2018 and entered into German customs on 27.04.2018. EVGA was informed about this situation but the cargo was sent back on 16.05.2018 because EVGA was not interested in the subject. I have confirmed this situation by BIMER, which is the official public institution of my country. Before that I mentioned that my product is waiting for customs. Although I have opened the support ticket many times, also opened a forum topic too, you have not helped in any way. Unfortunately, the cargo came back to my home and I had to pay extra costs because the product came back. On the other hand I can not use my computer because I do not have a display card about 35 days apart. Apparently, I will not be able to use it again for longer. I can not send the product again because I can not pay the shipping costs again. For these reasons, I no longer have confidence in EVGA. I demand payment of the loss caused by the shipping charges and payment of the bill for my display card.

    Have you verified that the shipping address to EVGA was not at all incorrect? Even a slight error in labeling can cause a nightmare with customs.

    If customs did not properly contact evga, then that os customs fault. Since you are one of the only people I have seen complain about evga NOT accepting the package through customs, it means your case is very unique, and there must be a reason for that. I have seen delays in the past, but you seem to have had more than a delay.

    Demand a refund from customs and the shipper.

    Yes double checked, shipping address was correct. Also there was a RMA label on package that automatically generated by EVGA Support website. It could be read clearly.

    Based on the photos you provided it's actually a good thing that the package was sent back as our RMA department would not accept that package. RMA products must be sent in a box as the RMA instructions outline. You will need to repackage the RMA and ship it again. If the existing RMA number has expired on your Open RMA page you will need to request another one using the same ticket number. 

    Everything is security.

    The package was in a box with original materials and the box was wrapped in bubble 2 times. On the other hand as you can clearly see the last photo that the package was not refused. Although Evga was notified, The package was not received by Evga. You can clearly see 7. post on this topic (also my support ticket) too. Let's go back to my main issue and reply 7.post or my support ticket please.

    When I applied the RMA label provided by EVGA to the package, the UPS employee informed/ensured me that it's redundant because they won't check/use it.
     
    I would contact DHL and provide the pictures, ask for details and request a refund.

    Be reasonable, seeing those pictures I can imagine there is a metric ton of bubble wrap inside the box as well.
    Looking at a world map you can clearly understand why he placed bubble wrap on the exterior as well.
     
    I did a similar package, EVGA received a 1.5kg box from me and shipped back a 0.5 one..can't wait to see what the ideal standards are.

    I guess the weight difference can also be attributed to the fact that I received a single fan 1060 for my 970FTW RMA...I am a tad unhappy if you can imagine.

    According to these photos, and whats written in them, imo it looks like it didn't get past customs because DHL refused to take responsibility for the package with the packing the way it was, that's why you got the unclaimed remark. At that point customs has no choice but to reverse it back to its origin. Live and learn my friend. :)
