this is just weird. my 1080ti SC Black card fans are ramping up at very high [and loud] speeds all of a sudden. ive tried both XOC and AB with the same result. was using AB for the last few years with no issue, but I have XOC installed right now. the card is not overheating at all. anything above 25% fan speed and it sounds like it want to take off. 30-40% and im afraid something is just going to fail. I set the fan curve to "quiet" and though the card is still nice and cool, it is crazy loud at idle. the card has never been overclocked system specs below

I can. for example its spinning at 30% now on idle, but its louder than ive ever heard before. previously at idle I couldn't hear it at all. temp is 27c
