For months I've been trying to figure out what was causing my computers input lag on boot. Turns out it was Precision X.
Please fix this issue.

Not to burst your bubble gents but this has been in issue for... literally years and it hasn't been fixed yet. Hope? Yes, but I wouldn't recommend holding your breath. I think they may be using an incredibly outdated program (winring) to monitor temps. As far as I can tell, the program (winring) has not been updated in any meaningful way since forever. I wonder what MSI afterburner uses?

On windows 10 (and likely 7+) hit the windows key and search for Task Scheduler. Click on the link/shortcut to the task scheduler. Once it opens, click on the task scheduler library. Find the EVGAPrecisionX task and right click on it then click properties. Under the General tab, change it to Run whether user is logged on or not. I also change the Configure for: to Windows 10 but I am unsure if it matters. Under the Triggers tab (click triggers tab to get there if necessary), click edit and change Begin the task: to At startup (once in the task it will say At system startup this is a windows hiccup). Hit ok and enter your password if it asks for it. Done. Enjoy a keyboard lag free existence.

Supposedly Precision X1 fixes this.... Can anyone confirm?????
