I'm confused and having trouble following up with a RMA I did recently. I get a response fairly quick from EVGA support, but everyday is a new person and seems like a reset of my issue.
My GTX 1070 Hybrid's pump stopped functioning so an advanced RMA with collateral was started. EVGA mails me a card, and I mail my original card. But the "new" card's pump also has intermittent vibration, or no vibration on the tubes, and card gets so hot >90c that Windows froze, and I had to hard boot. Multiple restarts of the PC does nothing. Radiator is installed above card, just like the original card that wonderfully worked 2 years but started to have intermittent pump issues for a month until it died.
This is where I'm at in this process:EVGA has my original card, my collateral is being processed for refund, and I have a defective RMA card that still has 1 year warranty. Is there a way to escalate the issue and not start from scratch each time or talk to one person? Would appreciate the help of anyone that has been through same issues.
