EVGA 750GQ click noices on ECO mode

Hello, i have this problem like many others users. What to hell it is?! ECO mode ON ---> trrrrrr/rrrrr sound from PSU, it takes 10-15 minutes, then slow down and gone. ECO mode off, no weird sounds, fan is working everything is ok. 
 
This is video from other user with the same problem.

    The fan isn't spinning when the noise occurs?

    no, in ECO mode fan isnt spinning at all. Only weird sounds. When i turn off ECO mode, sounds gone and fan start spinning

    That definitely shouldn't be happening. Time to rma.
