1070TI FTW2 Crashes

hey,
my GPU is sitting on 61c with out load, but every time i try to open XOC i get red orange and yellow screens and nothing work until i restart my PC,

    Sounds like you may have some oc's being applied when starting xoc. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\Precision XOC\Profiles and delete all the files in the folder then try starting xoc again.

    if you have precision X oc, that is more then likely what is causing the issues with graphics, one way or another, I've had to uninstall it twice, I am not installing it again, I always got errors and or crashes because of it, my card doesn't even overheat after taking precision X oc off, while I play WoT.
    I don't regret getting my FTW3 Elite, but I simply don't think Precision X oc will never be good, I can't wait to get a water look and just run MSI's utility.
     
    with or without OC it still crashes, whenever I open it, it takes 100% cpu resources just to open it then cpu cools down a little but it fluctuates quite a bit with it.
