hello, you sent me 1060 for 970 ftw. the package reached me today. I tried the card and at the end of the first 5 minutes my computer was locked and the image on the screen was recorded. obviously I did not expect such a rapid deterioration. I waited the 1.5 month card to come from RMA, I paid the customs fee and paid for the cargo when I sent it to you. I had a 5 minute game experience. I am really sorry, what can we do in this regard. I do not want to wait another 1.5 months and I do not have enough money to cover the money for RMA.

First thing to do is give them a call, explain the situation and point them to this thread so they can look at your uploaded image.

Im not living in Germany, so I cant call them. There is one option e-mail, and I already sent an e-mail to evga.

Can you please provide more information as in what country you reside?
The first thing you need to do is to try removing and reinstalling the video card drivers unless your PC screen is completely locked up.

The first thing you need to do is to try removing and reinstalling the video card drivers unless your PC screen is completely locked up.
I am from turkey and here is the ups tracking number ; 1Z0091Y26662177223 i already removed and reinstalling video card drivers and changed pcie slots, and after that steps i tried another computer setup(there were 1060 in it), nothing happened. problem is still going on.

The answer by Matt was 3 days ago and that includes a weekend. EU EVGA doesn't work on the weekends. If you don't get an answer within the next day or 2 please let us know.
