The cold plate covers the entire IHS of the AMD Ryzen Threadripper processor and the fin structure is fine-tuned for multi-die CPU cooling. The primary goal in designing the new EK-Supremacy sTR4 water block was to cover the entire IHS of HEDT AMD Ryzen Threadripper processors and to optimize the fin structure according to the CPU die layout. I'm very happy that EK is supporting the TR4 socket especially with 2nd gen Threadripper coming in a few months time. My favorite part of this solution is the sliding mount screws so you can turn the block around if needed.

    This full black block is amazing.
    But EKWB have some blocks for servers. They are nicest.
