If the site itself was serving malware it would be in googles malware list.

In that article they quote the source but in my article they don't quote that source.

Thats becase jason evangelho has a habbit of making things up as he goes, he is as much speculator as he is tabloid journalist.

I fully expect to see a gpu announced between now and july, but i expect a limited launch with no samples in evga or others hands till june 18th (monday) sent out 15th(friday)
there are no cards ready to go yet.

You went from saying nVidia didn't even have sample wafers to now you thinking they will be launched in July? Well at least you came to your senses on one thing.

If there is a launch presentation at computex, the first silicon will tape out on friday at the earliest,  nvidia is running a tight schedule these days as it minimizes leak avenues.

Hence why you're not getting leaks from Taiwan. nVidia has the gpu's ready to go and it looks like they have memory for the launch since they will be supplying memory to the AIB's in June. There are thousands of gpu's ready to go, nVidia wants to make some bank at launch time. nVidia has not been sitting it's hands for the last 2 years. They have probably had these ready months ago, but the availability of GDDR6 memory would be holding them back. In July GDDR6 should be at full scale production for the AIB's to get memory from and nVidia will be sending out gpu's to them as fast as they can.

There is certainly a downward trend is prices. Not sure if it is because people are waiting for the new series, or if the demand has stabilized due to crypto prices being low,

Hi,
Yeah 200.us over when I paid which was 729.99 is just silly but as the saying goes
Never let a supply crisis go unexploited :D
EVGA has always had horrible supply on their site
Usually one can get nearly 100.us less on Newegg/ amazon/... than buying directly from evga and that is just sad.
https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=11G-P4-6696-KR

NVidia on the other hand for a titan Xp is still sitting at 1200.us
So would one buy an inferrior 1080ti for 1k or a couple hundred more for a titan Xp see x299 rig for my choice to insane evga prices :p

My first build,
Case 450D/ ASUS Sabertooth X99/ 5930k with EK mono block / Water loop EK 280p-GTX240 radiators with D5 pump res combo before rads and D5 top after / Trident-Z 3200C14 4x8gb/ EVGA 1000 P2/ EVGA 1080ti FTW3 with EK copper water block.

2nd build,
Case D450/ ASUS x299 Prime Deluxe/ i9-7900x delidded with EK mono block/ Trident-Z 3600C16 4x8gb/ Water loop EK-280p-GTX240 radiators with D5 pump-res combo before rads and D5 top after/ EVGA 1200 P2 / Titan Xp with EK water block.

and now we hear stories of a "major OEM" returning overstock... just like I predicted would happen couple months back. Let me give you a hint on how to fix that.. DROP THE DAMN PRICES! Hell, I might just bite on $100 less than they're currently going for which is around where they should be for a TWO year old graphics card!
