Where can I get Flow Control Software?

Two questions:
1) Where to find Flow Control Software?
Just bought a new computer with EVGA Z370 motherboard and a CLC-240 CPU cooler pre-installed.  I searched evga.com and cannot find a download link for the flow control software.  I do have the latest Precision XOC installed for the EVGA 1080Ti but that has no options for the cooler as far as I can see.
 
2) Windows 10 has installed drivers for all of the essential hardware.  Do I still need to install EVGA drivers for the Z370FTW?

    2. Nope, just make sure all your drivers are completely up to date.
