Click the HWM (Hardware Monitor) button at the top-left of Precision XOC..Find the GPU temperature and click to enable the "TRAY" button for it so that it's lit up..Same goes for other OSD items..The "OSD" button enables/disables On-Screen Display for items.."KB LCD" enables/disables KeyBoard LCD display for items.
