Do the fan, pump rgb profiles stay in the the EVGA clc's after you set them in flow control or does the software always need to be installed and running? Reason I ask is I won a evga clc 120 and plan on using it on my Linux rig, obviously I can't run flow control on it so I plan on setting it up first then installing it.

    I am wondering the same/similar thing.  I can do this with my EVGA 1080ti no problem.
     
    I would like the color I set in flow control to stay after I remove the USB cable.  There is no clean way of routing this cable so I really don't want it installed.
