there is a setting in UEFI BIOS that must be set for windows 7 . Also for ipaddress you could manually set it to 192.168.1.1
use "route /?" for info on cmd to find and or change routes ... i.e. route PRINT with show current route table .. there should be a default ...Other thing is go into your ISP router and see what is its config. Good luck
