I couldn't get my PC to boot to the BIOS. I had 2 8gb sticks of memory that were not on your list of compatible memory. The manual says to put them in #2 and #4 slots which I had done so I took one of them out of slot#2 and it booted to the bios. All my drives are listed as well as the CPU. The memory stick was listed also. There was no place to select a boot order for any of the sata drives that were listed. The boot order listed only cd rom hard disk etc but not my actual drives so I selected cd rom as the first and hard disk as the second and saved and rebooted but it went back immediately to the bios menu. Whats up? I have already ordered memory that is on your list hoping it will fix my problem!

you should test each stick of memory individually to see if you have a bad one or a bad slot also, the debug LED should show you a post code indicating a memory problem. SATA drives are generally not shown in the boot priority field for all available SATA ports but you can see them when you go to the advance tab under SATA configuration. Is this a brand new board with a fresh install of Windows or did you transfer the drive from another system?

Everything is new. I cloned the OS to a new hard drive in my other PC then I used Sysprep to generalize the OS on the HD then installed it in the new system.

Eureka! Everything works now! I installed the MEM sticks in slots 3 and 4 instead of 2 and 4 like the manual says and it booted up fine!
