When I followed the cargo tracking number, I saw that the last move was sent to the customs. What should I do?

We have to wait for customs to clear the package and notify us that it is ready for pickup, unfortunately we are unable to do anything before then. 

Yeah as people have mentioned there's nothing EVGA can do to help clear the customs process. Depending on the amount of packages that need to be processed it can take anywhere from 1 day to even a week. Just hold tight, should be good soon :)

You can follow your RMA status by going to your EVGA account, then Member and My Products then View Details on the serial number you sent in for RMA. All the RMA updates will be tracked on that page including after the RMA is completed. 

Every package is different there is no set time for customs to contact us unfortunately. I apologize for the delay but want to assure you that as soon as we are able to take hold of the package we will process it within 3 business days and get your replacement shipped out to you. 

hello, you are all really saying the same things. however, for all the people I talked to, rma packages reached you within 7 days at most. I have been waiting for 13 days, but DHL and you(evga) are talking about not having any effect on customs.
there is clearly a big problem, but no one is trying to find a solution to the problem. How can the package arriving at customs on April 24 wait until 7 May? I would not wait this long if I had the card repaired. your support team can not go beyond just sending an automated mail. I'm really tired of waiting . I know your answers will never go away except we apologize for keeping you waiting in the same way. As Evga I would expect you to solve this problem. my guess is that the new card will come to me in June, which is 2.5 months later. thank you for everything.

I apologize for the delay you are having with customs, I assure you that no automated messages are sent to your inquiries; however it is correct that nether we or the shipping company can do anything regarding customs processing times. I just posted a detailed thread regarding this issue but if you have not had any inquiries from the customs office this is good news and your package is just going through the normal inspection process. If you do have any inquiries please response as quickly as possible to prevent processing delays. 
 
Once we are notified we will take possession of the package within 1 business day and then get our warehouse team working on your RMA and get the replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible.

All replacement cards are the same model as what was sent in. RMA products should be registered to your account when they ship back to you and you can always follow your RMA status by going to Member then My Products and View Details on the serial number that you sent back to us. I can see that your RMA has been received and has not yet began processing. There is a 3 business day processing time needed for our warehouse to ship the replacement to you.

Yesterday you said it arrived “today” and now you are saying that was three business days? Calendars don’t work like that.

I sent my personal information to , and I sent my personal information to the support unit for the transfer. EUsupport still did not send an informational mail to inform you that it received your information.
 
 The package is about to expire on the 3rd day of reaching you. I think the promises will not be kept. Please do not misunderstand, but please do not promise that you can not hold. because you make people hopeless.

edit: Mail came from UPS. and you have sent the new card but it is still not updated on the system.

Wow, impatient and demanding.  The card they return is based on equal to greater performance than the card sent in.  Relax and enjoy the new card, just remember if you send this one back in it will probably sit in Customs for week or more.
