GTX 770 4gb won't accept windows 7 64 driver

My GTX 770 performed well for about a year. It give a standard windows display mode with a driver, but give a blank screen after installing a EVGA driver for it. It is the 4 gb version with the fancy cooler.

    Usually that means the card is done. Have you tried the card in another pci-e slot? Have you tried to power the card with a different set of pci-e power cables? Does the black screen occur over all the outputs on the video card?
